In-Store Surveillance (CCTV & Audio): We operate 24/7 CCTV surveillance throughout our premises. This includes high-definition video and audio recording of all areas. By entering our store, your image and voice may be recorded.

Telephone Recording: All telephone conversations between customers and our staff will be electronically recorded for training, security, and dispute resolution purposes.

Cookies & Google Analytics: Our website uses cookies to collect information about browsing and purchasing behavior. We also use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This information is processed in a way that does not identify individuals.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Orders & Service: To process your bookings, manage decorations, and contact you regarding your order.

  • Mailing Lists: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we use your info to send updates you’ve requested and to ensure our records are accurate. We do not sell our email lists to other organizations.

  • Security & Evidence: In-store and telephone recordings are used to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, prevent crime, and provide a factual record of interactions.

We do not have access to your credit card information when you pay in-store. For over-the-phone payments, details are entered directly into our PCI-DSS compliant chip-and-pin device; we do not store these details.
